Anna Schumacher

Anna is a passionate educator with experience teaching in the K–5 elementary setting. She graduated from Metropolitan State University with a B.A. in Elementary Education and a minor in Psychology. She also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership along with her Principal’s Licensure.

Anna began her own tutoring business in 2020, working with students from PreK through 6th grade in all subject areas through both online and in-person sessions. She is thrilled to have merged her company with Flatirons Tutoring, where she oversees operations and serves as the key point of contact between students, families, and tutors.

Anna loves working with elementary-age students and is deeply committed to helping each child find their unique path to success. Her teaching philosophy centers on the belief that learning is not a "one size fits all" approach. She understands that every student learns differently and is passionate about creating personalized strategies to help each child thrive.
